About Jenny

958_PilatesClass_September_2024.jpg

My passion for Pilates began in 2019 at the Vancouver Pilates Centre (VPC), where I completed 400 hours of certification training. This journey has been transformative, deepening my understanding of the Pilates Method and its ability to enhance movement and improve quality of life. I am currently advancing my education to strengthen my theoretical knowledge of Pilates principles and functional anatomy, focusing on intermediate-level repertoire across all apparatus. This training also equips me to work with special populations and conditions, such as pregnancy, osteoporosis, and low back pain, enabling me to design personalized programs for diverse client needs.

Movement has always been a central part of my life. From a young age, I explored ballet, sports dance, modern dance, and traditional Korean dance, which shaped my fascination with the art and science of movement. As a yoga instructor and personal trainer, I discovered that Pilates brought a unique freedom and ease to how I move, and it became my mission to share that experience with others. Teaching Pilates allows me to help my clients build strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to their bodies.

Outside of teaching, I find inspiration in the natural beauty of British Columbia through hiking, camping, and running. I also enjoy exploring new workout spaces in Vancouver and beyond, combining my love of fitness with a spirit of adventure.

My goal as an instructor is to help you tap into your body’s potential and develop a practice that supports you beyond the studio. Whether you're new to Pilates or have experience, I’m here to guide you at your own pace, building strength, flexibility, and confidence along the way.

If you’re ready to explore the many ways Pilates can enrich your life, I’d love to work together to help you feel empowered, balanced, and capable.

About Chloe

My Pilates journey began as a personal path to healing. After an injury, I turned to Pilates to regain strength and mobility, and it quickly became much more than I expected. I found a profound sense of balance, resilience, and self-discovery through Pilates, and it transformed the way I approach movement and wellness. This journey inspired me to help others experience the same benefits, guiding me to pursue a career as a movement educator.

Rooted in the classical Pilates method, my teaching honors the precision, depth, and integrity of each exercise as it was originally designed. I strive to create a supportive space where students can connect with their bodies and move with purpose. Pilates, to me, isn’t simply a workout—it’s a lifestyle that encourages self-awareness and mindful movement in all areas of life.

My mission is to teach women to move easily and gracefully, and to teach them to breathe well. By using the Pilates method I want to help you feel good and strong in your body, independent and mobile as you age, and prevent injuries or help recover after.

I am experienced in and passionate about working with older generations, as well as post-rehabilitative and female-specific training.

About Klaudia

My passion for fitness began at the age of 5, when I joined a Russian Ballet in Poland. I was practicing every day for hours. In my teen years and early twenties, I practiced yoga and after I moved to Canada in 2016, I decided to change my career and do what I love. I became a personal trainer and yoga teacher, and to me the mobility and flexibility was always as important as the strength.

In winter 2022 while snowboarding I broke one of the bones in my spine. I could barely move after the accident. My strong and flexible muscles and personal mobility practice brought me back to work within 3 weeks (without any therapy, pills, or braces). During my recovery it became clear that the conventional training is not balanced enough and I fell in love with Pilates. I am very grateful to have learned from senior Pilates Teachers from Vancouver Pilates Centre and completed their comprehensive teacher training. â€‹â€‹

I created the Pilates Class in 2023 out of my passion for a healthy and active lifestyle, and women's health. We are on the mission to help you implement healthy habits into your live through Pilates and create the most supportive and safe environment for every woman.
