Our boutique studio dedicated to women

We help women learn and practice the original Pilates method on the mat and apparatus. Offering high-quality private and small group Pilates classes to every woman, who wants to feel better and improve her health.

Why should we practice Pilates?

The method of physical practice developed by Joseph Pilates is the most well-rounded and health-oriented form of training and consistent Pilates practice results in:

  • improved posture, body symmetry and alignment

  • stronger, leaner and more flexible muscles

  • decompression of discs and joints, resulting in pain relief (lower back, knee etc.)

  • better breath control and efficiency
